DIAR.com weekly e-Newsletter & Searchable Database

DIAR.com aims to deliver an un-paralleled international quality defence information service, covering developments in the Australian and New Zealand defence environments, which can be accessed by defence executives from anywhere around the world.

The existing DIAR.com weekly e-Newsletter had its origins in traditional paper-based publishing, beginning in 1982 as a printed fortnightly newsletter called Defence Industry and Aerospace Report (DIAR).

The printed fortnightly newsletter was continually upgraded towards a magazine format, however, in 1997 analytical content in the newsletter was removed, and re-launched as Australian Defence Business Review (ADBR) magazine, with a specific focus on in-depth, highly researched articles.

The press release reporting element of the old DIAR printed newsletter was then re-packaged and evolved into the www.diar.com website, the weekly DIAR.com e-Newsletter, and the DIAR.com 'ON-LINE @ Your Office' (OLYO) key-word searchable database which now spans 1997-2009.
